2型糖尿病患者血清微量元素、血糖及體成分相關(guān)性分析

摘要:目的 了解糖尿病患者與正常人群血清微量元素含量的差異,并探討微量元素與糖尿病患者血糖、人體成分測量指標之間的關(guān)系。方法 隨機選取糖尿病患者72名作為病例組,64名健康體檢者作為對照組。分別測量病例組和對照組的血清鋅、硒、錳、鎘、鐵、鉛、銅、鎳、鈷、鋰、鉻含量,銅鋅比值,比較兩組間差異,并與血糖及蛋白質(zhì)含量、礦物質(zhì)含量、脂肪含量、瘦體重、腰圍、臀圍等人體成分指標進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結果 2型糖尿病患者血清鋅、硒、鉻含量顯著(zhù)低于對照組(P<0.05),血清銅含量則顯著(zhù)高于對照組(P<0.05),其他元素差異沒(méi)有顯著(zhù)性。血清鋅與血糖呈微弱負相關(guān),銅與血糖呈正相關(guān)(P<0.01)。銅與腰圍呈微弱正相關(guān)(P<0.01),錳與蛋白質(zhì)含量、礦物質(zhì)含量、臀圍均呈微弱負相關(guān)(P<0.05)。結論 提示糾正2型糖尿病患者體內存在著(zhù)的微量元素代謝紊亂,對于糖尿病的治療及預防并發(fā)癥有重要價(jià)值。

Correlations of serum trace elements, serum glucose and body compositions in type 2 diabetes

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the difference in trace elements between diabetic and control groups, and to explore the correlations between trace elements and serum glucose, body compositions in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 72 diabetics and 64 controls are selected randomly.The level of serum trace elements, the ratio of copper, zinc were measured and compared between the two groups. A correlation was conducted for the serum trace elements, serum glucose and body compositions and 64 controls are selected randomly. Results There was a very significant difference in some serum trace elements level between diabetic and control groups(P<0.01).Serum zinc,selenium,chromium were significantly lower in diabetic group compared with the control group(P<0.01),copper was significantly higher(P<0.01).Negative correlations were showed between zinc and serum glucose, manganese and the content of protein, the content of trace elements, hip circumference.And positive correlations were showed between copper and serum glucose, copper and waist circumference. Conclusion It is concluded that there is trace elements metabolism disorder in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.The correction for this disorder might have significant value for the treatment of diabetics and prevention of complications.
